Our story

About HomesteadCraft

We started a server for adults who wanted a lasting world and a friendly place to play.

falcoignis and Zensys founded HomesteadCraft in December 2020. The server opened to the public on April 16, 2021.

Since then, the community has been its heartbeat: friendships formed, projects shared, and a landscape shaped by the people who call it home.

Jobs, studying and families come first. There’s no playtime requirement, and no need to worry about losing your base simply because you take a break.

Life on the server

A few reasons to stay a while.

01

A main world that stays

Bases, tunnels, farms and shared infrastructure become part of a world that keeps its history.

02

Resource worlds

Separate Overworld, Nether and End resource worlds reset every Monday. Reach them from spawn and gather materials for your next project.

03

Claims and protection

Claim land to protect your builds, chests and farms. Staff can investigate griefing and roll back damage.

04

A player-run economy

Trade with neighbors in the Shopping District. Diamonds are the currency.

05

Aura Skills and AcuteLoot

Level skills naturally as you play, and find procedurally named gear while exploring loot chests.

06

Games made by players

Visit the gaming island with /warp games for community-built activities, from PvP to solo skill games.

07

Optional voice chat

Use the Simple Voice Chat client mod for proximity voice chat. Discord also connects the community outside the game.

08

Menus and toggles

Open /menu to explore features and settings. Many non-vanilla features can be toggled to suit your preferences.

09

Sleep and travel

One player sleeping skips the night. Directional warps help you head out into the world; there is no /tp, /home or /back.

10

Explore before you build

Use the live BlueMap to look around the world and find a place to settle.
